our stay at mercure was fantastic! the standard double room was spacious, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. the dry and steam saunas, along with the sun room, were perfect for relaxation. also, the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the german corner and cable car.

Our family had a fantastic time during our three-night stay. The room featured stunning river views that were a joy to wake up to. Breakfast was a highlight with a diverse selection and fresh pastries. Don’t miss dinner at the onsite restaurant. the menu is delightful and perfectly cooked.

One downside was the housekeeping—towels were a bit worn and some amenities were missing. It took us a few requests to get everything sorted. A little disappointing for a four-star hotel.
